Stop Think Choose Survey
NHS Kent and Medway has launched a survey to find out why people make the choices they do when attending a healthcare facility for advice or treatment.
They are asking patients to complete a short survey about our ‘Stop Think Choose’ campaign, which has been launched to help direct people to the most appropriate health service.
The survey closes on Friday, 28 February.
